I'm in Sydney! On the 30th September, I left the lovely, magical bubble of my Noosa family and I started heading back down the East Coast to begin my next adventure. The urge to move to Sydney had been brewing for quite some time and after I waved my friends Wiebke and Shay goodbye at the Noosa Greyhound stop (one I had seen countless times) two weeks prior, I knew I also needed a change. I was lucky enough to spend two weeks in Sydney at the end of April, experiencing a week of Sydney in the sun and a week of Sydney in downpours. I left the city with an itch unscratched- Sydney seemed to be such an expansive place and there were still so many things that I wanted to do. I was fortunate to find a place to stay for the first few weeks that is a stone's throw away from the beach. This particularly appealed to me as one of the things I discovered in Noosa was just how much I enjoyed a sunrise dip- easier to manage when the sea temperature is bearable even in "winter". ...
